I used the BK app to order, and gave them my name and the order number. They still gave me the wrong order. Of course, I didn't notice until I got home. Tried to call them. And their voice mail box is full. No complaints about the food. Just be sure and check your receipt before you leave the drive thru!
Don't go here. I'm officially done with Burger King. Two bad experiences in a row, one here and one in bend Oregon. We paid for ranch that they didn't give us. I added a fry for my one dollar fry perk on the app and they said they wouldn't do it and then took multiple minutes to take it off my order. The fries were horrible, tasted like they had zero salt on them. Very unimpressed, would leave zero stars if I could.
I frequent the Burger King in Issaquah and every time I went there one of the employees would park their car at the closest parking space (Black and white police car) to the front entrance and it would be there for an eight hour shift which did not allow paying customers to park and get in and out as quick. I spoke to the staff members and they said it's open parking to everyone. Which I get but I no longer will eat there because they do not care about customers time.
I see the end to what was a good BK location. Been coming here for years, not any more too many unsatisfactory visits. Food was horrible, obvious the employees have no pride in there jobs or what they serve. Can only blame management for not enforcing standards.
