Pabla Vege Cuisine Incorporated

I'm really quite surprised the reviews are not more positive. We've been to Pabla in Issaquah seven or eight times and I think it's far and away the best Indian restaurant on the Eastside. With so many discriminating Indians living and working in Issaquah, Redmond and Bellevue, I think that's saying something! Pabla's sauces are just the best, portions are just right, and their paneer is always fresh and delicious.

This is a gem! One of the best vegetarian restaurants I have ever been to. I highly suggest Pabla Veggie Cuisine. Some of the less known dishes are the best so be sure to experiment with something new and you will be surprised!

As a vegetarian, I found this restaurant to be ideal! The menu is wide-ranging and varied. I was initially doubtful about the mango lassi because of its bright yellow color, but it turned out to be absolutely delicious. My friend and I each ordered different Thalis, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, and we even had leftovers to bring home. I highly recommend visiting for lunch, as you get great value for your money! It's also a fantastic choice for observant Jews who follow kosher dietary laws!

We had an outstanding dining experience! We chose dishes from the menu, which we found to be much better than the typical buffet offerings at many restaurants, and everything was fantastic. My boyfriend is from India, so I come to this with experience rather than just as a casual observer; I've been enjoying Indian cuisine for several years, and he was equally thrilled with the meal!

Absolutely the best restaurant I've ever been to! The food is incredible and truly transports you to India with every bite. I can't help but drool whenever I'm at Pabla. It's hands down one of the most authentic and satisfying Indian restaurants out there. A classic gem!
