Cafe Francais - Issy-les-Moulineaux

Try the tartines on toasted poilaine bread. Tasty and very adequate for midday. This place is primarily a bar, with some food.

I regularly have a coffee there, and it's pretty good compared to most places where espresso means awful black water.

The best view! We sat outside at a wonderful table under the heat lamps. The food was delicious! I was with my 16 year old daugther. She has had trouble in some spots, but this had something for everyone and all wonderful.

Lots of Restaurants closed over the Xmas Season so we were persuaded by the exterior. Food was ok ambience was ok and Staff were ok

Service de chien...25 minutes pour passer la commande...10 minutes de plus pour avoir un café, 20 minutes de plus (donc 45 minutes plus tard) pour avoir le mot de passe wifi, et à la fin de tout ça, le serveur ne rend pas toute la monnaie donc lui laissant un pourboire – pour quoi ? Ce service excellent ? Bravo
