Located near Sultanahmet Square, this restaurant offers a terrace with stunning views. Make sure to reserve a table on the terrace in advance. Climb the winding staircase to the 4th or 5th floor where the terrace is located. It's recommended to place your entire order at once, as the kitchen is on the ground floor. We ordered a variety of dishes including yellow dal, paneer kadhai, mixed veg sabzi, chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani, garlic naan, onion kulcha, and cheese kulcha. The chicken tikka masala and biryani were particularly delicious. This restaurant is highly recommended for those looking for Indian cuisine in Istanbul, with great views of Hagia Sophia. Additionally, it is a Zomato Gold partner.
I am new to Indian cuisine, very new. This was my first time trying Indian food and I actually enjoyed it. There is a wide variety on the menu and the prices are reasonable. The service was not great, but overall the restaurant is good.
Discovering this restaurant was a bit of a challenge, but it was definitely worth the effort. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find such great vegetarian and Indian cuisine in Istanbul. I highly recommend it.
I went for vegan, with relatiw cheap potato curry, which I asked to be mildly spicy. but it was very spciy and so I had to dilute with a large amount of white rice. nan was ordered, but instead got an unacidified thin portion, along with very thin lens soup. the total cost was over $25, as all additional items (nan, rice, orange juice and suppe) were overpriced. it did not fill me and was so spicy that I had to use tons of rice. I left, unfilled and went to another restaurant. $25 in a small caffe with minima; cham (basic shabby) for such a meal is much too much. I would avoid it.
