Kara Lounge - Istanbul

This place is scam everywhere in isntabul is. All they do is take your money and not realise how hard you work for the money. I came in and ordered food and takeaway they did not put the food in the bag that I ordered. They took my money and placed container making me believe it is my food.

Ordered at 1.20pm by 6.20pm the delivery had not arrived. I was then told the driver was at reception (which was a lie) no one was there. My messages were then ignored. Looking at the reviews I’m glad I didn’t waste my money but annoyed I wasted my time.

Lovely pounded yam and draw soup, this is so filling and the guys are great with good Nigerian music, ️ ️

Food was horrible. It tasted a bit spoilt and also tastes nothing like Nigerian food. The atmosphere was also very weird. Staff kept on staring at my sister and I, they were acting like they haven’t seen Africans before meanwhile it’s supposed to be an “African restaurant”. Also, the food is overpriced. Save your money

Cool.. but food is nothing to write home about since they changed kitchen workers..
