Sushi Koi &poke - Italia Trento

Until a month ago it wasn't bad then from one day to the next they changed the identity of the restaurant. Now the menu is more restrictive, self-service cutlery, beer in paper cups, much less good... Very long times compared to before, let's say that it no longer seems like a restaurant but all based on takeaway. Change of management. Even less good sushi than before, all in paper containers, I don't know the reason for this choice, decidedly on the downside, personally I will opt for other types of places. Meal type: Dinner

It used to be the best Japanese restaurant in Trento, however, since they changed management, it has completely lost in quality (paper placemats and cups, mediocre sushi). I'm very sorry to admit it, but it's not worth it anymore. Service: Dine in

One star because 0 is not possible. They didn't warn me that they had changed management, I felt like I was in a refugee camp with plastic cutlery and paper cups, in a location that deserves it!!! Priority was given to take away and after 40 minutes with the restaurant EMPTY and riders coming and going, my partner and I got up. Don't go there.

Let me start by saying that this was my favorite sushi. Perfect restaurant for special occasions and where to bring someone when you want an impressive restaurant, amazing sushi, super-prepared dishes and honest prices. Well, I say it was because yesterday I went out for a special occasion and we found ourselves eating from paper plates, paper cups, soy sauce in plastic sachets and no service from the staff, and still a 40 minute wait . The old menu offered a particular variety of sushi, which differentiated this restaurant from all the others in Trento. Now, even though the sushi is good, I don't feel like recommending it when someone wants to go out for dinner. Really disappointed. Maybe it might be worth it for takeaway, but for the variety it offers there are now other restaurants that offer the same quality at lower prices.
