I have never been treated so badly in a place as I was at Itashow. I booked a date to celebrate my daughter's birthday, I chose it there because there were bounce houses for the kids and I wouldn't have to work with food or serving, well, I booked the date via WhatsApp, and IN PERSON I went to confirm a few things, I asked the owner's daughter What could I take to complement the celebration (natural juice for children who didn't drink soda, popcorn and popsicles) and she said I could take it. During the week I noticed that they had removed the bounce house and I went to ask about it and they told me that it was damaged that they had ordered a part to fix it but that until today I would have the bounce house, on my birthday in the morning I saw that the bounce house wasn't there yet and I asked again, this time directly on the owner's WhatsApp, where the mistreatment began, ok... I had already invited everyone and there were just a few hours left before the party... when I arrived at the place, the owner with a super friendly face (not to mention the contrary), and I was trying to be nice to break the mood, on WhatsApp it said that the place opened at 6pm, I arrived at 7pm (party time) I still stood outside waiting for it to open, when it opened the place was all messed up and the guests were already Arriving, I HAD TO HELP SET UP THE TABLES AND CHAIRS, when the owner saw that I had brought the things mentioned above, she said that she wouldn't allow it so I could serve the guests, I said that I had spoken personally with her daughter and she said that she could , she extremely stupidly said that she wouldn't authorize it (in other words, they had to have chatted on WhatsApp to have proof to contest her, but there wasn't any) she even sent a message “I'll pay an extra waiter for the party” which extra she was saying because On the day of the party it was a normal opening day, ok, when serving tables the waiter who she said paid extra didn't do the job, he left the dishes on the table, turned things around and left, who had to work? ME, my guests, when drinking beer, said to the waiter “when the beer is out of the condom, you can bring another one” did they? We didn't have to ask all the time, when we finished our meals and ordered others, I had to keep asking them to remove the pizza support for another one, it seems that she didn't pay well enough for the extra because the waiters didn't want to work, 2 of the pizzas came with the dough was a little raw, the soft drinks were hot and the owner's face was the best of all. I've never felt so distracted. I will never go back to that place (which could be held on all my daughter's future birthdays) and if it's up to me I won't recommend it to anyone. Além da comida flavorosa, o site tem uma music de fundo (excelente,) bom serviço e bem arejado!
