Sonic Drive-in - Italy

This Sonic location was the worst I have ever visited. The service was slow and disorganized, and they even ran out of buns for the burgers. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.

Throughout our visit to this restaurant, we were constantly puzzled by our straightforward order. Our food was initially incorrect and had to be exchanged. When we finally received half of our order, the burger was missing the proper toppings and tasted stale. After returning once more to request the remaining items, we were told they were still being prepared. The chicken slinger that eventually arrived was severely burnt on the outside and had a strange, chewy texture on the inside, leading me to spit it out. Additionally, the tater tots were cold and unappetizing. Overall, the experience added an extra 20 minutes to our already lengthy journey. Disappointing.

We recently ordered takeout from this restaurant. The burgers were terrible and my husband's fries tasted stale. The onion rings were mushy and inedible. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

This restaurant offers excellent fast food and service. They specialize in take-out meals, perfect for a quick lunch. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. I highly recommend trying their cheeseburger and beef hot dog.

The mgr waited on my family and I! She was great. She had really impeccable customer service and she was very kid friendly. My children just adored her!
