Bickering Twins Restaurant Tequila Bar

Not good. There are better Mexican/Latin places in Ithaca. Give them your money instead. We have ordered a range of Tacos. Even with the weekly specialty, it was much more expensive than any other Taco around the city, and they were also some of the worst. I can't speak for authenticity, but I don't have to spend years in Bolivia to know restless food when I taste it. The price is just another blow in the face. The service was fine. We haven't seen much of our server, but they were polite and attentive when we saw them.

WOW! What's that? The menu is small, but the Tequila menu is 3 times the size!! So I said I am grateful for the little Bcuz menu it would have been impossible to find out what I wanted. The food, my God the food... so good. If you are a tequila person, this is your new home!!! The food, the cocktails, the service made for a perfect experience. The place was so clean and all employees are so courteous. We will definitely go back and bring family and friends with us.

Loved their tacos, but the menu is quite limited. We got chicken tacos and they were delicious. Good salsa bar, too. The 18% service fee on the invoice was very confusing. The waitress said it was because the restaurant wants to pay a living wage. That's great, but why do you put this on the customers who are already asked to leave a tip? I love it when people think differently, but that was confusing or maybe the explanation was bad.

Really great Mexican cuisine in Ithaca! Loved all their delicious homemade salsas and Guac. Enchiladas were hot, cheesy, crispy and tasty. Service was excellent. The automatic 18% piece at the end is a little disgusting, especially when they say you can tap more and you need to do it before them. I always type 20% for a good meal, but others at my table did not like politics. I think they could do without them.

The hostess was very helpful seating our party of 4. Our server was was courteous. However the Chicken Enchiladas I ordered arrived a few degrees above room temperature. I sent it back to be heated. After 10 minutes it arrived warm. I decided to eat it that way. I have eaten Enchiladas in many restaurants many times in Mexico, San Francisco, NYC, and know how they should and can taste when properly prepared. This meal was awful. I couldn?t find the chicken. The tortillas were thick and soggy. The cheese that thickly covered everything was stringy and tasteless. I?m not sure if it was cheese at all. The black beans were tasteless and the rice tasted as if it came out of a can. I asked to see the manager who gave me a 3rd degree interrogation before she offered to split the cost of the dish, she never apologized.
