Osteria Murat - ITRI

A wonderful restaurant in the center of town on a beautiful, tree-lined piazza. We ate lunch here on a very hot, humid day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious, the recommended wine was excellent, and the service was very good.

What a fab restaurant. The owner is a eeal character helpful and ever smiling The waitresses are kind, efficient and smiley. The food is simple italian but oh so good. The dessert are scrumptious. I just wish it was just down the road from my home as I wpuld visit again and again and again.

My wife and I had lunch here. Two entrées a small bottle of wine and the local Olive di Itri was only 23 euro. My wife had the Gnocchi radicchio e gorganzola and I had the Torcelli carciofi e pecorino. If you like olives get the Olives di Itri, I ate most of a bowl of them. Very distinctive taste, much milder than a green olive but perfectly salty like they should be. The wait staff did not speak english but we are able to work our way through the conversation. Great service, atmosphere and food at a great value.

La taverna è centrale, i proprietari cordiali e il grande cibo. i prodotti sono vari e si possono ottenere le specialità locali. servizio molto veloce ed efficiente. prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità e una menzione speciale ai dolci, davvero degno di nota e il vino locale. sicuramente da consigliare.
