I'm not writing comments on facebook, even more about restaurants! but I came here to show my dissatisfaction with the taiyo ituverava restaurant! I made a request of 2 themes, 1 jr combined and a yakissoba at 18:34h. the request arrived at 8:39. 2 hours waiting, being 50min the expected time. That's why I needed to call 2 times in the restaurant to question the delay, the restaurant stated that the delivery man levu long to arrive with the 1st take of orders, due to the amount of deliveries. the most correct, knowing that it would not give time to make the deliveries, would ask a second bikeboy, even because they work with raw foods! hot roll and yakissoba came ice cream! and the presentation of the food well to be desired! and the last time I ask in this restaurant!

They took a long time to meet us and when they answered, they lost our command of request, only after 1 hour of the first request that came to ask if we wanted anything else, we made a second request that was the only one that came, because the first had not been passed, when we did the third took another 40 min and still came missing something else. disappointed! and also we were charged wrong and almost paid extra for something we did not consume????
