Burger King - IVY Cross, Shaftesbury

Went there today with my children for a treat and waited for over 8 minutes to be served and then a further 7minutes for the food

Asked if they had a breakfast menu they told me no but greggs around the corner do so I just left and drove for an hour on an empty stomach after already driving for an hour to get to the airport in the first place safe to say I won't be going back there.

Apparently this is the only burger king where u can't have it ur way because they haven't got a button to add a burger. Yet a couple of months back the evening shift did it no problem. Always a waiting time with this particular burger king as of now I will be boycotting this service stations bk. Very poor.

Very disappointed : we don't often have a Burger King as haven't got one local so this is a real treat as we love them. Not only did we have to wait around 10 minutes to be served we then had to wait around 10 minutes for our food. Bearing in mind it was not really busy. One serving one making the food and one packing. Staff were not welcoming or apologetic for the wait, even told the wait would only be 2 minutes!! had to ask for straws and salt which we had practically finished our meal when she came back with the salt. Also struggled to find a clean area to sit. Chips were cold but to end on a positive the chicken royale and burger was lovely .

All good. Freshly cooked! Had to wait a little while, but worth it. Happy customers
