Chambelland - Ixelles

I took advantage of a Too Good To Go to taste the gluten-free organic bread of this bakery. I got 2kg of the five grains. At first I was a little bit perplexed because I thought it wasn't cooked a little pastry texture) This texture is due to rice flour, after you like or not, personally I adopted it!

Unbelievable bakery! They offer a dream breakfast and not too expensive, and also delicious sandwiches for lunch (always with vegan options)

I am very surprised about negative comments about baking bread. It is delicious and can be preserved wonderfully. The next day I found it still fresh and unseated, I took 2 small cakes and a little fig cake, the taste was exquisite, zero gluten food so easy digestion and much better pre health, the prices are in higher effect but it is largely justified...I would like to taste all I will return ... service and impeccable reception!

The person who welcomed us was very nice and the gluten-free pastries and breads I tasted were delicious!
