Feedback gevenSoba and soba dipsauce/soup for cold soba or for japnese food are based in the regular fish (typically bonito, makrele, sardine flakes etc.) so I thought I can no longer go to eat soba when I became vegan, and I have a small auount of salt to make cold soba. but here they can eat soba with veggie-based soup/dip sauce when they order cold veggie warigo soba, made from conbu-meerweed and shiake-pilz and served with grated yams, grated radidish, chopped scaling and dried seaweed as toppings. veggie warigo soba was the only vegan soba menu, except white rice etc. but now I think back as they have the vegan soba stock, probably easy for them to customize other menus too.
Vegetarians can eat almost any dish in yakumo honten.
