Horrible experience, as soon as we arrived there was a girl getting up and leaving the restaurant saying it was terrible but I didn 't think it was relevant since it was quite full... My husband called one of the waiters who didn 't even respond to us, just gave a wait sign with his hand and never came back, constantly huffing and puffing along the aisles between the tables. We placed our order with another waitress who was nicer. 10 minutes after we placed our order we started to notice that no one in the restaurant was eating, the restaurant was full and everyone had been waiting for their orders for over an hour. He began to get up from the table one by one and leave, canceling his orders and complaining about the delay in serving them, one table that was the only one left along with mine went to complain to the waiter, as there were 3 people at the table and there was only One dish arrived that was already cold and the other two nothing, the same waiter who was rude to us at the beginning replied that if the customer was not satisfied, he would leave. A general argument began in which the waiter, the singer and even the manager (who seems to me like the owner) got involved, all of whom were extremely angry with the customer because he was right to be complaining. Terrible service, I can 't even say about the food, as it never arrived and we left! I 'll never go back!

Bad experience at this restaurant. More than 1 hour of waiting for the order, food was not good and one of the dishes still had to be served. Freaked out owner does not accept criticism and leaves in ignorance. A rubbish place, I don't recommend it under any circumstances. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Honestly, I don 't know what happened to the city of Paraty, end of year parties and the city looking abandoned. This was one of the only restaurants open, there was a certain dispute about it and we found it strange that it was just us in this one, which at first seemed like a surprise. We soon realized the reasons. The Receptionist/Waitress took us to a table and cleaning it took about 7 minutes, because if she came, she would take away a plate, then take something else away and the table with creases full of food remains was difficult to clean. We had two children and we asked for chairs for them, first an apparatus arrived to fit on the table, and after a long wait, the Receptionist/Waitress/Apparatus Assembler who was trying to assemble the other one got it. We were informed that the orders would take around 1 hour to arrive, but on this day, all the restaurants were working with that deadline, as there was only us, we don 't believe it but we should... The dishes were segmented, I asked for the drinks to come first , because we 've been walking for a while and nothing is coming... A juice came, then one of the dishes, then another... To the point that when one finished, another came, and some of us ordered the same dish, this one it was the same as a road PF. The waitress/receptionist/apparatus assembler was not to blame for the poor service, as it was just her and she was clearly overworked. Criticism remains as points to be improved. The food wasn 't bad, maybe we were just unlucky.
