Happy Kitchen - Jackson Heights

My daughter called to tell me that she and her husband had to leave Happy Kitchen last night because there was a cockroach crawling on the wall next to their table, and there was a hair in her food. I am extremely disappointed that this happened. We are lifelong residents of the area and have been frequent customers at Happy Kitchen, but not anymore!!!!

This is a lovely little restaurant with very attentive service. The Pork Gyoza were excellent, and while the cream cheese in the Philly Roll could have been a bit colder, it was still tasty. The Spicy Tuna Crunch roll had the crunchy elements on the inside, which was a bit unusual. Overall, I would definitely return.

I was not impressed with the quality of the food. The shrimp had lemon on it, which made them taste very sour. Additionally, the eel was chewy and served cold.

Happy Kitchen makes us so happy!! Best sushi in the neighborhood, my go to place! We love the food service is always great!

The food takes a while but like they say it's all made fresh so it's a longer wait. Very good attentive service and of course it's delicious.
