The lady who was there very rude, very unfriendly and has no customer service etiquette at all. Not even a HI ! Nor thank you. She is the face of your business and it feltLike all customer were bothering her …it doesn’t help your business.
Ate some empanadas today with my girl and they seemed to be old, had us both with a stomach ache 40 mins after.
I frequent this restaurant but was extremely annoyed with my last visit. We ordered about 8 empanadas. I wanted them deep fried not baked. The options are either deep fried or baked when you order. When I got got home to Bayside which is 20 minutes away I realized they had not deep fried the items but instead baked them. I was more disappointed because I love the empanadas here so much, and it's about an hour ride going back and forth.
Empanadas are so good. Giving it 3 star because now the sauces went up but they don’t fill the whole thing up. Only half way. So besides charging more, the product is less ??
