There is not an employee there upper management, lower management, sandwich maker, janitor, rat, or rodent, who would have eaten that or served it to his/her family. Please remove photos from your menu. Please. Because the reality is these sandwiches are THROWN together, and are just impossible to eat. I understand it is difficult to get quality employees especially post Covid. But this is way more than that. It is a poor management, poor training issues. I took two bites, then heated up Campbell's tomato soup. Now THAT'S bad. Getting over an illness, otherwise would have cooked. Have not had Arby's in nearly a year. Now I remember why.
We went through the drive-thru at the Parkstone location. We spent $23 on 2 Reubens and 2 orders of fries. The fries were good and that's why I have 2 stars. The Reubens were awful. There was no saurkraut to speak of, only enough meat for half a sandwich and very little dressing. The bread was also soggy. Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had at Arby's.
I'm not a big fan of fast food , so I will not give high
I was their only drive through customer. I ordered classic arby roast beef combo. It took about 12-15 minutes to get my order. They must have had to slaughter the cow and grow the potatoes. And then when I got my order, there was no arbys sauce, the curly fries tasted like they had been sitting there for 15 minutes and the roast beef was barely warm. It was a miserable experience altogether and I refuse to return to this arbys again. Stay away from this arbys.
Absolutely awesome personality at the register and she went above and beyond to help and be super pleasant! Store was clean and restrooms were stocked....the food was incorrect and we did not notice till we were 5 miles down the road. Asked for 2 beef and cheddars and 2 regular roast beefs, got 4 beef and cheddars and they were covered in the zesty red ranch....literally dripping off the sides....
