Feedback gevenI’ve been here many times and always enjoy the phenomenal food and service. First time visit for my Wife tonight and her NY Strip was a little undercooked. The manager could not have been more professional! They quickly corrected and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. The manager was not convinced she was happy (although she was thoroughly impressed) and brought a gift card back to the table. If only all restaurant managers treated customers like this when things go slightly wrong. Fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Will definitely be back! Kudos to Char!
