The Chick-fil-A at Baptist is extremely disappointing. The biscuits were stale, the hash browns were served cold, and it took me shouting for assistance before anyone acknowledged us.

This restaurant is a good spot to dine, as usual. However, I've noticed some inconsistencies in quality lately, as the food seems to be prepared more haphazardly than it should be. That said, the customer service is excellent, and the fast pace allows for a quick experience with minimal wait time. I've never been let down in that regard.

This is an easy grab and go! Please keep in mind that the food is not made when you order. The food is already made abs at in a warmer. You pick up what you want so it could be older or newer.
