Explained I'd never been here before, tried to get an explanation what a scoop was and how did it come etc. Got a half explanation and tell your Employees to speak up. It's like your too much trouble to get an explanation. Yes your terminology for your product is strange and foreign to someone's first time. Will I b back ? Probably not.

Been to this chain in multiple locations, and it never disappoints. Perfect fresh, light meal for a busy day of shopping or traveling. You can get very satisfied for a reasonable amount of calories and dollars and I'm on a limited budget for both lol. I prefer a Fruity Fran scoop with fruit side.

I asked about the cheese cake she said it was delicious the most awful we have tried she came to our table ask how we liked it we said not good one bite we were not offered refund we just put it in the trash. Love chicken salad chick.

Best tasting chicken salad you'll find anywhere. Such friendly staff. The young lady at the register was so friendly and helpful. She even got me to buy a cooler so I could take some home for later.

This place was absolutely, all-around FANTASTIC! The different options of chicken salad were great, the choice of ways it was served and my first time having chicken/poblano soup. It was incredible.
