Ihop - Jackson

It's cold inside and out. the service is terrible. to observe people, go left and right. as slow as it is service should be top 10, but it is 4 tables with an hour waiting to eat. I mean, when I worked here, it never took a certain day. you need better staff, but you know that you're good, that in 4 years nothing has changed except the names of people. please do it better. bathroom bad then greyhound

I was really surprised. I didn't expect so much from a low place. I heard there was a new dm. it could explain the difference. Eating was excellent. much better than most ihops in the land. demarious (probably the writing guarded) was extremely friendly, helpful, was always on the dingen. one of the better experiences in an ihop in a long time.

This ihop has the worst customer service I saw at an ihop! no workers made us big when we got in. I finally asked, let's sit down. we said we were sitting in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we waited. we could hear commands that come wrong or cold. we decided to go together with other customers. very unprofessional. do not visit this ihop again. they should be ashamed. I wish I could have a zero rating.

I ordered a chicken and pancakes with a side of rührei, a ham and cheese omelette and a huh big brunch sandwich with wobble rings. they forgot my vulture, but I'm over $3 for them. my sandwich I asked about huh, haash-brauen, speck, cheese and a fried egg. Now, I got chicken salad, tomato, pelle speck roasted egg. They have accused me of the cheese and hash-brauen, but they did not put on my sandwich. they gave a little bag with a syrup for 5 pancakes no butter a fork and knife pack I there at 10:00 clock and got my order not until 10:44 clock. the greeting was awesome? I'm sorry I forgot their name that I gave her a $13.00 tip, although my order was wrong! my young people ate you. my sandwich is still in the refrigerator, it's not how I wanted it....hey but someone will eat it? I think they should replace my sandwich I paid over $15 with add ons. that's the right one!

Store appeared to be clean, however after inside and at table, floor was sticky under table. Service was ok. Basically did their job but didn’t go out of their way. 2 adults, 1 teenager, 9 and 5 year olds. Drinks were brought, no ice. 2 waters ordered, no glass, brought water bottles. Had to ask for child cup with kid. When it was brought, all drinks excluding water), were bright again in glasses with ice. Ordered funny face pancakes, 55+ pancake, and 3 orders of pancakes. Nothing special. Asked for more syrup, brought back warm butter pecan, it was good, but maple syrup container was Alex to be refilled. Also asked for strawberry syrup. It was brought in 2 carry out containers. Order came to $80 ?. No itemized receipt given, just go to register to pay. Got to car, realized too much. Went back in, couldn’t give receipt because printer was broke??? Hot a quick look and found out they gave themselves an automatic $30 tip in addition to the $20 tip I left. Was charged for water, as well as extra drinks. Plus an automatic tip for a part of 5. No where did I see this was a normal. If I did I wouldn’t of left an additional $20. Supposedly manager wasn’t on the premises?? Called credit card company next day only to find out they had charged my account another 3 times for an additional $30 each. Not a good experience and not a good impression for Mississippi or IHOP,
