Jimmie's Smokehouse - Jackson

All of the past reviews on this site refer to Buffalo Barbeque Wings, a previous restaurant that was at this address and had the same phone number.  Jimmie's Smokehouse just opened in August, 2017 bringing  slowly smoked meats and great beverages to Jackson, including beef brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork and chicken plus a long list of delicious sides item made on-site daily.  Add to that 29 draft beers and over 30 different bourbons brands covering every price range including many that are hard to find, and 36 tv's to follow your favorite team.

My husband and I just stumbled onto this place. We were passing in the area looking for something to eat and ended up here....definitely a good choice! We ordered both the brisket and the ribs along with some of the sides including the Mac and Cheese (a must). The meat was amazingly tender and moist and the service was great. We chatted for a little bit with the server and apparently they just re-opened and were a buffalo wild wing type of place before. She said the menu is completely new and it took them a couple of weeks to get things down, but if our food was any indication of the rest of the menu, then they really are doing a great job. Looking forward to coming back the next time we are in Jackson.

Ordered just about everything they had as far as house made food and tried it all. Overall experience of this place leaves me speechless and wanting more. Highly recommend stopping into this place and trying everything they have to offer. Everything was just amazing and out of everything, I think, my favorite would have to be the chicken. Excellent staff, excellent food, excellent atmosphere. PERFECT
