Kfc - Jackson

I would never visit this branch again. Me and my friend dined in here for lunch , the place was so dirty from the ceiling to the tables and floor, I am not the one to exaggerate descriptions. Food was also terrible (chicken) , it seems like it has stayed inthe kitchen for days. Worst KFC I have ever went to.

I don 't get the kind of service here normally that I got here this evening. When I pulled up I was greeted with I 'll get to you when I can and after a few minutes he did. I ordered a 8 piece meal and 3 chicken sandwiches. I get home and find I onlygot 5 pieces of chicken in the bucket, coleslaw, gravey and the 3 sandwiches. No mashed potatoes or biscuits. But I sure waschatted the full price. I understand if you 're short staffed but don 't take it out on the customer. I live 30 minutes from therestaurant so I couldn 't turn around and go back and no one would answer three phone. The man at the window was just rude, getrid of him.

This is the third time I've received old and dry chicken. The manager hung up the phone on me, and I had to travel all the way back to Jackson to retrieve my wallet. The manager was rude, and his assistant was constantly coughing without a mask and kept wiping his nose. There was a strong smell of rancid oil inside, which was really off-putting. Things have taken a turn for the worse since the new management took over.

I've visited this restaurant twice now, and both times the chicken strips have been incredibly tough and chewy. Additionally, the gentleman at the drive-thru was quite rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. It felt like talking to someone with very little education.

The young man working at the drive-thru window was a delightful change from the typical attitudes you often encounter in that role. He was cheerful, kind, and really helpful. Thank you, KFC!
