Feedback gevenI visited the store Monday and was very pleased with the Customer service things have Really changed Very Pleasant. I ordered a Family meal and was told to pull up it would be out shortly. Well I pull up and about 5 minutes later the manager I think her name was Marcie came to my car and explained that my order was delayed because it had to be cooked so it would be fresh. I thought that was very kind of her to let me know the reason for the delay. Also she was so friendly Nothing like I have experienced before at this s store.and the fish was Awesome
Pulled up at the drive through a man standing outside smoking came on the speaker stated that they are not taking orders as the system was down. We drove around to the dining area and went in and they were talking orders.
I came to the drive thru. The girl was very kind and attentive. Very curtious.
Today I witnessed the most unprofessionalism customer service I've ever seen in my life a man at the counter asked for a refund for his soda which the soda machine was not working multiple workers at your establishment continue to argue with the man over something that maybe would have cost 50 cents for the poor of soda ice and the cup while they were arguing I watched six other couples walk out of your establishment because of the yelling as myself this was my first time there moved to the area I will not be back
They have terrible attitudes. I understand people go to things and still go to work. But they shouldn't take it out on customers, We got a fish we ordered 3 pieces of shrimp, we got 2. We requested tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. They handed us salt, pepper and malted vinegar. We asked for crumbs on the side. They gave us none just two shrimp and fish. Which is highly weird, Cause ever since I was 7 years old. I've always gotten crumbs at least with my fish, I'm poor, But I love long john silvers, Why does it feel like when you go to the restaurant? Their attitude is. You'll take what I give you not what you ordered.Wheelchair accessibility: Funny you should ask i'm actually in a wheelchair, But I did not see a wheelchair entrance.
