Rosko's Bagel's Waffles - Jackson

Man has this place gone downhill! Can't get orders right and if you're gonna raise prices how about putting enough cream cheese on the bagel. Lox was tasteless. Never going back. How about some good managment in there. Don't know how this place is even surviving!

The new owners have lost the great community vibe this place had. They discontinued the dozen bagel card (buy 10 get 1 free) and other promotions. They have removed the color from the walls. The place has no style or warmth to it. Everything is basic white. Bare walls etc.. The bagel sandwiches aren 't as belly busting as they used to be. Sad that the old owners sold. Recently visited again and the bagels are now smaller than store bought bagels. The taste is

This used to be the best bagel shop around. I would drive 45 minutes just to get their bagels. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. It seems like there are new owners and cooks. Their bagels are often burnt, inconsistently sized, and the flavor is not the same. The interior of the restaurant also looks quite shabby. It's truly disappointing. There's another bagel place a little further down the road that is much better.

The food was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were burnt, the waffles were soggy and lacked flavor, and the service was terrible—they forgot the syrup and butter, among other things. On top of that, we paid $37 for two breakfast sandwiches and one platter, which is just outrageous.

The staff were fantastic and incredibly friendly! However, for a restaurant that highlights its waffles, I found the waffles to be quite unpleasant. I'm not sure if it was the blueberries or perhaps the waffle griddle hasn't been cleaned in a long time, but the waffles were truly disappointing. I might consider coming back to try an omelette once I've fully recovered from the digestive issues I've experienced since having the waffle. While I'm relieved to no longer need my stool softener, this certainly wasn't the experience I was hoping for!
