The Chase Sports - Jackson

I revisited the restaurant a year later and once again, the food was amazing. Some of my friends ordered pizza, soup chili, while I opted for the fish sandwich. The service was significantly improved this year, and the restaurant was bustling with customers. I believe the long wait time we experienced last year (2 1/2 hours for our meal) was likely due to Covid-related issues, and it seems like they have hired more staff this year.

Today, this restaurant was fantastic. It was packed with people out to watch the game. The food was delicious, the beers were cold, and the game was intense!

I ordered burgers from this restaurant and when I got home and tried them, they were raw and had the wrong condiments. The business refused to remake the order and instead offered a discount on our next purchase. I usually don't publicly criticize companies, but I am disappointed with the way this situation was handled. We followed all the correct steps as customers, but because we didn't have a photo or video proof, they were not willing to resolve the issue. The initial phone call was promising, but when we followed up the next day, the response was unsatisfactory. Despite acknowledging their mistake, the restaurant did not prioritize customer satisfaction. I am frustrated with how we were treated and do not feel that the $33 I spent was worth it. The audacity of the business to expect me to spend more money after such a disappointing experience is appalling. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Good food and plenty of it. They had 2 big groups come in right before we arrived but still got our food to us in a timely manner.

Always a good place to grab a burger or pizza. They have awesome cheesy bread sticks. We always start with them! Fun atmosphere. One of our favorite places in Jackson.
