The Meat Shoppe - Jacksonville

I finally stopped in here. I should've done it sooner. Wow, the food was excellent. The owner was fantastic too. I'll be returning.

Excellent food! Best bbq in Arkansas! Great and friendly service. Pulled pork and ribs were so so good!!!

Best meat in town and Kent was very helpful in helping us pick out what we were looking forward. I love the hometown feel to the place and the food is great! If you want good and friendly service, go to The Meat Shoppe! The bigger place in the area isn't nearly as friendly, helpful or good as The Meat Shoppe

My dad and I were looking for a beef tongue so we were advised to look at a butcher shop. We went to The meat shoppe first, we saw that it was closed today BUT that didn’t stop Kent from welcoming us in asking us about our selfs, helping us find a butcher shop were we can find beef tongue and gave us a snack for the road! Thank you sir, your friendliness and kindness is what this world needs. We will definitely be back!
