Mcdonald's - Jacksonville Beach

The food was amazing! We always request extra pickles, but usually only receive about three. This time, however, the burger came with plenty of extra pickles, and we absolutely loved it!

We stopped in today (5/20/20) and dining inside is closed due to COVID-19. But, we walked in to make our order and the staff was wonderful! Friendly, professional- got the order perfectly correct. Very welcoming and a clean store. Extremely pleasant young lady took our order, made sure we got ketchup, salt etc. The food was FRESH and HOT and absolutely DELICIOUS! There were four of us, and we had a rough, long day because we had to take my mom to a serious appointment with a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic. It was around 2:40 p.m. and we hadn’t eaten since breakfast when we left Orlando to head to Jacksonville. So it was just so nice to be so warmly welcomed, nicely treated and served hot, delicious food. It was something the staff does all the time, but it really made our day. Thank you so much.

Mrs. Elsa was fantastic! Even though a drive-thru experience is usually brief, she turned ours into something really special. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to engage with our kids. My 2-year-old daughter absolutely adored her. She's such a kind lady who not only got our order right but also delivered it quickly, all while bringing smiles to our faces and creating a memorable moment for us. Thank you, Mrs. Elsa!

James always greets me with a big, bright smile, and it’s one of the reasons I love coming to this McDonald's. I wish everyone had a smile like his! I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how great he is at customer service. Every time I place an online order, he not only provides delicious food but also makes my day with his cheerful attitude. Thank you, James!

I have always been a Fan of McDonalds food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This is the closest location to my house, so I come here often. The employees here are extremely pleasent and friendly. Decent customer service as well. My favorite meal here is the quarter pounder deluxe, and I like the sausage mcmuffin and sausage burittos for breakfast. I normally drive through, (thats why I don't have any pictures of the interior) and there is normally about a 5 to 10 minute wait for the food (this location is extremely busy) but it's never that bad. Overall, this is one of the nicest McDonalds locations I have been to and I will continue going to this place. I highly reccomend all McDonalds restaurants, and this location is no exception.
