Panera Bread - Jacksonville Beach

From all the Panera locations, this is my very favorite. Staff are the most friendly, the store is the cleanest, they are never made of coffee/cream/sugar, etc. I can always get in and out quickly. As a member of the Sip Club all these things are important b/c I often go for my coffee green tea. A patron is highly recommended at this point.

The personal is absolutely fabulous! always friendly and welcoming. the management, paige, anthony and the many other employees welcome me with a smile when I arrive!

I enjoy Panera Bread so much and have many, many years! This location is due to its proximity to my job as well as the apartment where I lived on the beaches for 4 years. I recently placed an order for delivery to 10/21/22 and while the order was fast and usually correct, there was a key ingredient missing to make it perfection. extra salsa verde. My order was 99.9% correct and would still have been quite delicious, but when they call the restaurant to talk to Allison, she offered to do it right. In my opinion, she went beyond and beyond my expectation to make it right and I really appreciate the special touch she gave by hand, the salsa I had requested for my warm bowl. YUMMMMMMMMM is the best adjective that I can use to describe the joy that I have chosen when eating this regular favorite I have now at Panera Bread. Thank you, Allison. Life is not perfect and mistakes happen that we know and need to adapt. It is, however, people who care enough to put the fress on their head, which make a temporary negative setback an unforgettable positive!

Chicken sandwich had a microscopic amount of chickens on it. The money is worth it. You have a very nice staff in this panera, but a few times I have the feeling that I really get my money worth for what is generally overpriced food.

I am a regular at this establishment. This is the cleanest Panera I?ve ever been to! The employees are friendly and always go out of their way to say hello to me. The Manager, Michael, takes a lot of pride in the store and it shows!! They make the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches!! I especially love the young man named Anthony, that usually takes my order. He is so sweet and professional.
