Stopped by this place for a quick bite between running errands, and I'll definitely be coming back. The cook (I'm assuming also the owner? was so friendly and helpful. I thought it was a little overpriced until I got a huge sandwich which was delicious. Please don't miss out on this hidden gem.

Service, if you can call it that, is way below par. Owner was rude, especially being a first time customer. Menus are not updated and you can only order on the kiosk... heaven forbid you speak to any of the employees behind the counter. After a response from the owner, doesn't change a thing. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Every business is going through shortages and lack of help. Had this been articulated in a more professional manner, we would have given this business the opportunity to serve. However, we were made to feel as we were a nuisance to the owner and that customers walking in were not welcome. Not a problem. Another restaurant was able to fulfill our needs. Congrats on not needing new patronage and good luck. Apologies are not needed as you don't think you are doing a disservice in the way you treat potential customers. Keep doing what you're doing!

I started teaching Yoga at In Balance Studios next door to this restaurant and today I tried them for the first time. Delicious hoagie. I was very surprised at the amount of meat/toppings! Very nice folks who work there. Will be returning. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
