Another Broken Egg Cafe - Jacksonville

Absolutely delicious, best coffee I had in Jacksonville.Our waiter was really nice and we got our food crazy quickly! like in 6 minutes we already had all our dishes.

The service and portion sizes were great, but I didn't find the food to be anything special. I ordered the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes, which are topped with fresh blueberries. The pancakes come with eggs and a breakfast meat on the side, but they can substitute meat with another side, I chose potatoes. Overall, the meal was just okay typical diner food.I ordered a regular coffee with cream on the side and thought it was priced a little high at $4, though they do offer refills. The inside of the cafe seemed a little cramped and busy, so I opted for their covered outdoor seating, which offers a nice respite for solo diners.

Food was very good. Lots of choices you don't see on other menus. Service was good.Photos show the apple fritter French toast with blueberries and scrambled eggs and bacon, and a cream cheese-stuffed omelet with a bacon, chorizo, green onion, and Monterey jack cheese topping with potatoes and a bagel.

First off I'm writing this review at the table in the establishment and honey I ordered the Country Power Bowl and my daughter ordered the shrimp and Grits. OMG SOO DELICIOUS LOOKS SMELL AND TASTE ALL OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. PLEASE GO THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND THE ENVIRONMENT PEACEFUL. DEFINITELY 10 OUT OF 10 HANDS DOWN. TRY TRY TRY

Our server was not very good or attentive. We had to keep asking other waiter to assist us in our needs. For example, we asked our original waitress for a refill on coffee. She went and sat at the bar with other customers laughing. She never returned 20 minutes later. we asked another staff member who had to remind her that we existed. The initial point of contact and the food was great. I just hope that you done end up with our server ?
