Burger King - Jacksonville

I’d give 10 stars if I could! My first walk in order was AMAZING!!! Busy as always. Customer service was GREAT!!! Food was hot! This location is always great. I usually order drive through. And let me tell you that it’s a whole other experience to see what an amazing job these people do to get our orders. Anyone who orders drive through needs to come in and see the hustle that all these employees do to get your order. Sure it’s frustrating to have an incorrect order but try getting your arse out the car and see for yourself what a team looks like. I always thought customer service was great even with my many drive through experiences. Blown away to see how well, fast and hard everyone works to get our orders to us.

New Management! This Burger King is my go to spot when I’m in a rush and I need to grab a quick breakfast before work. The service was faster than it had been in the past and my food was fresh and hot. In the morning I love hot breakfast! So this was a plus!

I placed my order of a Whopper with Cheese Onion Rings the drive through today 2:33pm. The cashier asked me if I wanted the Zesty sauce I replied, “yes.” When I pulled up to the window I handed the cashier my Debit Card to pay for my order. Minutes pass by with the cashier walking around, checking on the order, taking other orders he even moved out of the way so that his Supervisor could put in his cash till. I finally looked him told him that I was still waiting for him to hand me back my Debit Card I even reminded him that it was silver, he glanced around returned it to me. I also asked him for a receipt, which didn’t take him long to give me one. He was polite, and nice. When I arrived home the Zesty Sauce was not in my BK bag. The Whooper with Cheese was delicious. The onion Rings tasted good too.
