They get one star, but not because of the food quality—it was due to the staff. When I pulled into the drive-thru, the menu sign displayed one price, but when I reached the window, I was quoted a different price. I explained that the sign showed something else, but the employee dismissed me, claiming that the prices had changed and wouldn’t honor what was on the sign.
Says they are open until 11:00 clock to go there 7:45 clock on a Saturday night and they are closed that all are simply on the inside and do nothing.
Additionally, the staff could use some new training, as they weren’t very accommodating. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, with locked doors and a lack of proper service. While the parking is decent for Burger King, everything else about this location was subpar, which is unfortunate to say. It really needs a new manager and fresh staff. My experience was frustrating, and I felt like I wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend it.
I didn't have to wait long, and the food really satisfied my taste buds. The staff was very friendly, too.
