Poor customer service, food half done and waited over 20 mins for my food! The girl they got at the window move slow like a turtle had me park n wait on my food n said she’ll walk it out to me but I had to go in and get it after the 20 mins of waiting my food was sitting on the counter ready n she never walked it out to me. Rice taste like plastic fish not cooked good just pitiful

This is twice we have came here and there out of something..A week ago there fish was frozen, how you going to sell fish if it's all frozen. Today there completely out of tartar sauce, what he heck management...I spend over 25$ here and can't even get tartar sauce

Very friendly staff but my order had 3 items left out. Okra, loaded baked potato and a piece of fish. We went back and they made it right. so be sure you got what you ordered.

My favorite place to eat is this restaurant because I love having vinegar to clean my fish. I've been there four times and every time I've asked for ketchup and vinegar, I've been given tartar sauce instead. When I asked for vinegar separately, they forgot to bring it. Today, when I asked for ketchup and vinegar, they were out of vinegar. The server then told me to ask for some from the dining room jar, but then denied ever telling me that.

I consistently have a delightful experience at Captain's Diner in Jacksonville, Arkansas. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot and delicious.
