Feedback gevenI have to mark down the service here. This is odd to write, but these people legitimately do not know how to put lids on their own cups. I got 3 drinks, lids weren't all the way on two. As a former good and beverage manager, I watched them pass out drinks for a bit, and 50% didn't have the lids on the whole way. Glad these guys never worked for me at Starbucks, cause there would be a lawsuit daily.
The food is okay but the drive thru customer service is horrendous. What is the point of having two lanes open during lunch rush hour when the older blonde lady still will not take your order literally you drive up to her and is almost like she wants you to wait until the other line moves before she can take order in her own lane. That mentality is counterproductive, I’ve before placed my order and she just says ok and doesn’t place it in her iPad until she sees the other line move, is this is how you conduct business is obviously not working because waiting for 20+ minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention she needs to fix her attitude or don’t work drive thru if you don’t like dealing with customers, I honestly will go out of my way to the Atlantic location to avoid this type of customer service and long waiting times.
Always quick and friendly service. Even during the peak lunch rush. They Def know what they are doing.
It would be very difficult to evaluate any Chik fil A restaurant with a poor rating. The food is hot. You know the flavor profiles of the menu. The quality of the service is always expected to be friendly and they deliver. It's just not fair, I tell you. That the other chain restaurants have to try to live up the Chik FIL A's standards. Lol It's so unfortunate that they don't at least try. Keep up the great work CFA. You are industry leader.
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A to go to... fast, friendly and super clean. Keep up the great service!!
