Chicken Express - Jacksonville

It was impressed that the food was fresh at 2:00. The food was good. Wonderfully tasted how Long John Silver's meets chicken. Bread texture was perfect.

The Coke tasted like water, and the waitstaff asked me three times if I wanted coleslaw, even though I already told them three times that I wanted French fries. When I checked the bill, it was for the coleslaw instead of the fries I ordered. I love the South Tyrolean cuisine, but this experience was disappointing.

I have tried on many different occasions to call and put in an order to pick up, but no one answers the phone. You always have to order and order, or by driving through. Even 95% of the time is wrong. The food is great, and this is the only reason I'm going back. The staff is also friendly, but I don't understand why a business can't answer their phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a family chicken strip meal 46 plus dollars, had to pull up and wait which is not unusual. Get the food home and there is no gravy and the mashed potatoes are liquid. Try to call and no one answers the phone. Had to drive back down there to get our money back. Unreal they would let food leave their store like that. I mean you don't even have to have any training if you've EVER eaten mashed potatoes before you would know theyre not supposed to be liquid. I would be embarrassed if I worked there. Will not go back.

The chicken was ok. The biscuits were as hard as a hockey puck. GROSS. The service was nothing to brag about. Had to wait a very long time for my order. A guy pulled up next to me drinking a beer. He went inside and sat at a table with a female worker and they were just kissing and kissing. He finally left with a box a chicken. The floor had a huge wet spot that nobody seemed to notice. Very unprofessional. Won't be going back there again.
