Chili's Grill - Jacksonville

Eating was very good, but one lasted to get our food and it was not busy/ crowded. they must ensure that they are under the table after a customer holiday, the floor was extremely dirty visible. nice server! food: 5/5

If they are afteros with no queso, no pico, no boring and no acid cream (I have added my own) this is the place for them. absolutely zero quality control. after all the missing ingredients were immediately noticed; all that makes afteros afteros were burned to realize all chips. ridiculous! I wouldn't serve my dog.

This place is on the hill. always under personal and not assigned manager. I very rarely post a bad evaluation, but last time I was there with my children was terrible. we placed our food order when we ordered drinks. it took an hour to get our suppen from the 3 for me menu (1 burger 2 chicken sandwiches) 2 tables to get us who sat after us, all got their food, aps and drinks before we got our suppe. our waitress never stopped checking us that no drink does not refill. I had to send a food runner to get her so I could ask why our food wasn't out. the acting mgr then brought us our cold hard bungalow food saying that it was not her load and a dessert for our effort. which 1 dessert with 3 children is really not an option so I rejected. I've never seen another server or a person again, nor any beverage refills. I understand low staff and no manager can make dinge hard, but if tables to order steaks and get their food long before a burger does not make since and no real excuse only that is not my load does nothing better I really hope they were back into the restaurant, they were a year ago

My wife and I enjoyed eating. the customer service was okay. the waitress was a kind of thin work several large groups distributed. the waiting period lasted only about 3 minutes. the bar was very packed and everyone was happy! our food came in sections and not quite what I mean, is drinks then came the dinner side salad of my wife, her meal then appetizer, then my meal, and finally my wife fajita brot?. overall was the place clean, the staff was overworked and I would not recommend going after work on a Friday here. The restaurant is in the same shopping center as Walmart. It's outdated and needs remodeling. The food was ok the best of the meal was chips and salsa. Marisa our server was amazing. Will I return not sure ? Bon appetite!!!
