Crafty Crab - Jacksonville

My wife and I stopped by here while shopping for some quick seafood. The service was fast and the staff was helpful. We tried some of their seafood dishes and both of us were satisfied. I would recommend this place for a quick meal.

Terrible experience! service was terrible! the waitress had a terrible attitude. I ordered a drink that never got him, eating another person never came. it was the birthday of my sister and that was the bad experience ever. the waitress was very overwhelmed. she has given us so much employment! if she is not able to deal with big parties, she should find another job. we were very patient, but it was so ridiculous! the customer service is for me the key, no matter what! I would give this place, zero star!

Awesome food and staff. Very welcoming and happy people that work here. Came in on Christmas and had Ariel as our waitress. She went above and beyond. Very sweet girl. Our food came out surprisingly fast and we didn’t want for anything. Didn’t even have to ask for a refill. We’ll definitely be back and requesting for her again.Best waitress I’ve ever had

Shadona the Cali girl was amazing! She took great care of us and made the experience more enjoyable. All her recommendations were on point. Great food, great service definitely will come again. Totally recommend!
