Domino's Pizza - Jacksonville

The service was fast and friendly. If there's anything wrong with your order, just give them a call, and they'll gladly fix it.

This was my first experience at the restaurant, and it will likely be my last. I was prepared to wait a little while to place my order, which isn’t a problem since I understand that busy pizza places can require some patience. However, after waiting for 15 minutes and still not being acknowledged, I became frustrated. I waited for a full 15 minutes without even being able to place my order. It was extremely disappointing!

I have regular crust when I ordered thin and the staff got an attitude when I said my wing job was wrong because I ordered all the apartments. They said they couldn't do that, but I command apartments every time and now they can't do that. Will no longer be available at Old Maplehurst Rd. I go back to use the Richlands site where staff are friendly and have great customer service.

We placed an order online for takeout and found a great deal with the online special. We love getting the garlic butter dipping sauce for the crust. The pizza was hot and fresh when we picked it up.

We order from this location quite frequently and I must say they always are fully staffed on busy nights. I've never received anything other than fresh and correctly made pizzas. Whether we carryout or have our order delivered it is correct and the team is always friendly. This is a great place and the staff always has a great attitude and that's very rare for any business in Jacksonville !!
