Half of my order was incorrectly prepared and a whole item was missing.

Best Dunkins experience I probably ever had. My latte did not taste burned, my hashbrowns were actually cooked, and my food was not undercooked. Thank you.

Best Dunkin in Jacksonville. Super customer service food and coffee is always fresh. Very clean, too.

I have been to this location 10+ times, and I think my order has been correct once. Now sometimes I get to the window, they let me know hey, we are out of this, can we replace it with something else? Totally get it. Dunkin needs to update their app, and that has nothing to do with the location. When it 's really annoying is when I ask if something is in the bag, they tell me it is, and I get home and the plain mini bagels I ordered are everything bagels. Which I hate. I 'll just drive to Starbucks from now on. Its further away, but at least I will get what I ordered and paid for.
