Einstein Bros. Bagels - Jacksonville

My Bacon, turkey and avocado sandwich looked like it was mugged together. It was super chaotic. I asked a chai tea for extra tea and still tasted like hot sweet milk, threw it halfway through and I got a big one. Very disappointed about my experience today.

Went to get a bagel with butter this morning (10-09-2020) asked for a packet of salt with bagel. When I received my bagel I also got the salt but it was put in with the bagel causing the salt to become buttery and I?ll even go as far as to say that the salt was grabbed bare handed and put in with my bagel that wasn?t wrapped if not grabbed bare handed then it was grabbed with gloves creating cross contamination. Highly disappointed

I happened to locate them by accident when I went to pick up a bakery item at Publix. I had low expectations because No one can make any bagels in Florida that you can consume that does not taste like raw sewage. New York is bagel heaven. I had 2 plain ones and they were better then fantastic. Rays Bagels and Lenders fall short as well. Real short. I will be buying them again and more of them. It took long enough to perfect and worth the wait.

Says they open at 7:30am, but even at 7:50am they still were not open. Post your correct hours so that customers are not waiting only for you to not open.
