El Mariachi Mex Grill - Jacksonville

The ordering process is confusing, and the staff doesn't appear to be very welcoming. I've had much better service at other places.

The service was underwhelming, but the food was outstanding. My boyfriend and I dined there around 8 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Our waiter kept disappearing, which made it challenging to place our order or request the check. We had a hard time getting anyone to bring us the check, needing to ask three different staff members before we could finally settle our bill. This was undoubtedly the worst service I have ever encountered at this establishment.

This restaurant is amazing! It has a lovely family-friendly vibe, and the food is simply delicious. I'm from Illinois, and I can't wait to return!
