I highly recommend it for family outings, gatherings with friends, or even a romantic date night. If you have dietary restrictions, make sure to ask the staff about gluten-free and dairy-free options, as they have various dishes that may not be listed on the menu.

One of my friends requested to speak to the manager since we had been waiting for so long, but Curtis informed us that the manager was unaware it was his table. Regrettably, the manager never came over. Instead, Curtis kindly offered us free appetizers, which we gladly accepted. However, there was a lack of accountability for the situation. I also ordered a medium-well ribeye, but it was served medium-rare, prompting me to send it back. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially since it was a Tuesday evening with no large crowd. This experience fell short of my expectations for such an important celebration.

The ribs were excellent. The service was friendly, although somewhat slow.

We ordered the special that I discovered on Facebook, which was quite affordable. This is our third visit, and we have been consistently impressed with both the food and the service. During this visit, the service was outstanding; our waitress was particularly lovely and took the time to engage with us beyond just taking our orders. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Firebirds; in fact, I've already recommended it to others. The couple we dined with this time came because of my previous recommendation.
