Five Fx Ice Cream - Jacksonville

The store was very dirty – the dust layer on almost every area of the counter. I finished my candy before someone made my coffee. Ice was fine (especially hard to melt), but between cleanliness of the store and service delays I would not return. The staff was very friendly.

This is a great ice cream spot where you can customize your flavors and add toppings. The ice cream isn’t overly sweet, which is something I appreciate, but if you prefer sweeter options, you might want to check out places like Cold Stone. Their waffle bowls are fantastic when they have them available. I usually go with yogurt as my base and then choose toppings based on my mood. I wish they offered more mochi; it used to be my favorite!

They mix in your choice of fresh fruit or toppings into the ice cream, offering a wide selection. Additionally, there are plant-based milk options available for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant.

Ordered a large cup and received what seems like a small in a large (minus the 2 bites taken out of one scoop) Large cup was almost $10, feel completely ripped off. Went on Feb 3 around 8pm. Wasn’t even necessarily busy. Never been scammed like this lol. Should’ve gone to cold stone down the street

I asked if they provided Banana Splits as a selection. This after Google directed me to this establishment 's location specifically for that. All I got as a reply was an intense drawn out stare by all the employees, and a disrespectful reply along the lines you can go to Dairy Queen down the street . -Yes I can exactly, and go to a more upscale and respectful place?
