Five Guys - Jacksonville

We visited this restaurant with my father-in-law, who is from Italy, and he absolutely loved the regular fries. My personal favorite were the Cajun fries. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside at their tables with sunshades on a beautiful day. I highly recommend this Five Guys location. Food rating: 5/5.

The personal always remembers me. they are friendly and offer a solid customer service. they were fast, order was accurate. they stay busy so I always call in my order or send them through the app. food: 4/5

If they wish that they go to whataburger and a better burger for half price. Food: 3/5

I want to suggest a new employee position dedicated to ensuring that orders are placed correctly. I've had three instances where my orders were delivered incorrectly, and it seems like there's a basic literacy issue at play. It would be better if the food was delivered from a distance rather than having to deal with these mix-ups. Returning items for replacements is a hassle, and they don't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They've really outdone McDonald's when it comes to poor service.

The burgers were disappointing—soggy and falling apart. Both came with cheese, despite my specific order of one hamburger and one cheeseburger. To make matters worse, the buns were slathered in ketchup and mustard, even though I explicitly said no to both condiments. It seemed like they attempted to wipe them off, but instead they just smeared the sauces everywhere. They placed the fries on top of the burgers and stuffed the bags with a huge amount of extra fries. Unfortunately, the fries were excessively salty, almost overwhelming. Ultimately, we had to throw everything away. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. If you do decide to order from here, be sure to check your food before leaving. I really wish I could give negative stars; it was such a poor experience that they deserve less than zero.
