Jeremiah's Italian Ice - Jacksonville

Earlier tonight i went in and was right behind this lena love character. she was being absolutely relentless about the specifics of how her ice cream was made. she continuously asked for it to be fixed and struggled to give a good description of what was being made and then started freaking out over nothing and when she was asked to leave she started yelling and then asked if the employee who asked her to leave if she wanted to step outside with her. I don’t know what her problem was but it was most certainly not these employees. They were amazing for me. 10/10

Been coming to this ice cream shop for the past two years. Today walked in and I’m assuming that the girls that worked there were new. I usually get my ice cream a little different than what’s on a menu and because there are always the same people, the girls and a very nice gentle and manager know how I usually order it. Today the workers were new and didn’t know. After trying to explain to them, they made it and that’s when frustration began. Olivia said if I wanted it remade with an attribute in her voice, while she was making it I was talking to the girl that was ringing me out, expressing to her me not understanding why the girl was being frustrated me. While we were talking Olivia overheard me and came up to tell me that she was not being frustrated, I told her why I felt that way and why I couldn’t explain to her how I wanted my ice cream since the workers before did it for me knowing how I wanted. We finished the conversation and while I was putting my card in. The girl that was running me out turned her head to Olivia looked at her with a smirk and laughed. I asked her why escalate the situation by treating a customer with disrespect than out of nowhere Emma hunter jumps in and says here is your receipt and buy. I said excuse me, are you the owner, she said no but I can get her for you. I said please do. That’s when she said shut up and get out. She kept on repeating bye, bye whne the situation already got out of hand. All of this was happening in front of other customers. I’m in sales myself, I deal with customer on daily basis and this is not ok. No matter what you don’t treat people like that’s. At some point she makes it seem like she wanted to fight me, disrespecting me and posting to the door. I had my two kids with me. We went out of a night of ice cream. Since we moved in this area, this is the only shop we go to ice cream, never had issues. I will not be returning again and if possible would love to talk to the owner. Also not sure if the owner approved gangster paradise playing outside while people are eating ice cream with their young kids. Curse world etc playing rap music. The music represents yhe behavior of the workers today.

I have no idea who picks it, but this place has surprisingly good music. My family really likes the tasty treats and I really enjoy going 10 seconds, who sings this tune . Oh no, I just realized I have hit middle age.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is wonderfully delicious! I get a different flavor Italian Ice every visit and they never disappoint. Inside is always clean and the atmosphere is great!!!

Delicious soft serve ice cream. Very polite employees.
