Feedback gevenI bought a $20 family on Wednesday when I came home, I can't find a breast in my bucket. I called the KFC and the lady told me that they would bring my entrance to the next visit that they would correct the mistake. I was there minutes ago and everything they offered me was 2 chests. No consideration for my time and inconvenience. On Wednesday night, my children ate, but my wife and I only had one wing. I have the receipt with the girl on the drive thru window simply because it is not worth the paper on which it was printed. My family has been eating KFC for generations. It stopped today.
Super damp chicken and a friendly atmosphere makes for a fine culinary experience.
Great staff and food, only reason I marked 4/5 was the drive through speaker is AWFUL. Very difficult to communicate an order effectively. The employee was very patient, and knows there's a problem with it.. just a silly problem to have when so much at that location has been renovated. I witnessed other customers drive away after being frustrated by it.
I've had a mixed bag of issues coming here, but usually the staff is great and tries to rectify any problems. I hand a huge issue with the female manager. She talks down to and degrades her employees, doesn't help when it's needed, and is clearly not qualified to be in charge of people. I'm truly appalled at the behavior on multiple times I've been there. This place would definitely ruin more smoothly without the toxicity.
This place can?t read a simple order. Ordered an 8 piece extra crispy meal with Mac and cheese. Didn?t get the Mac and cheese. Went back to the store and they just gave us coleslaw. Then we got home and the ?extra? crispy was as saggy as it gets. The whole bottom of the bucket was filled with grease. No seasoning and undercooked. It was as if it was microwaved a day before. I get it?s fast food but I would have figured that at least one person in the whole store could read one order. Minimum wage minimum effort. This place is a joke.
