Kfc - Jacksonville

I'm going here at least once a week! most of the time it is fast in and out, but today I run in and command two pots and stand there for 30 minutes a grub lift that was just there 25 minutes, comes back to the restaurant and says to the hired that is the wrong order! they were my two pots! 5 minutes after my order. it was very unprofessional! I will still go back, but it will be through the journey through.

The lady at the window is always amazingly spot on perfect and understanding she even gives us extra honey sauce LOL great places to have family dinner on a budget for sureFood: 5/5

Very slow service, I placed my order at 6:11 pm and I received my food at 6:35 pm. The person in front of me ordered his food at 6:00 and was served at 6:40 pm. His order was one 4 piece and a chicken pot pie.Food: 3/5

The original chicken is good but paid for 12 piece and got 8 pieces which we didn't know until we got home. Love the coleslaw and macaroni and cheese is good. The biscuits are second to none. The Nashville hot chicken strips are VERY HOT and the person who got them had to use ranch dressing to cool them down enough to tolerate them and she likes spicey so heed the warning.

Was not quite clear on my order and argued a bit. I had what they gave me because I didn't want to fight about it. delay with the hesitant hesitation! food: 2/5
