Kfc - Jacksonville

I'm really disappointed with this KFC. I've been there twice, and I won't be going back again! We ordered an 8-piece family meal, and the mashed potatoes were terrible. The chicken was soggy and burnt, and by the time we got our meal, it was already a mess at the table. It was raining, and I seriously considered going back to ask for a refund.

It wasn't too bad, the chicken sandwiches are always worth it when you need a quick lunch, with a side of Mac and cheese and some fries you're all set

They had the hot wings and pot pie. I live on the north side and they always say they don't have the hot wings or the chicken pot pie it was good. Excellent customer service and quick.

You know I was pleasantly pleased at a lady who took our order through the drive thru, she over heard I didn't have enough money to get what the family needed. She had me pull up and she helped me out. It made our day. She knows who she is, I really want to shout out to her Thank you so much. I will find out who she is and let you all know. A wonderful lady

I’m frustrated because an employee interrupted my drive, and while I understand I could have ignored it, it was still distracting. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order, which only added to my anger.
